The present invention suggests a solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof. The solar cell according to the present invention includes a first electrode which is formed on a substrate, a nanocrystal layer which includes a plurality of nanocrystals in contact with the first electrode, a hole transport layer which is formed on the first electrode to cover the nanocrystals, a photoactive layer which is formed on the hole transport layer, and a second electrode which is formed on the photoactive layer. |
