FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine and concerns a method for making an activated leukocyte composition involving human leukocyte incubation, exposure to hypotonic shock and addition of physiologically acceptable saline in an amount sufficient for the reconstitution of isotonicity, to the leukocytes.
