After that, the iteration process is implemented, that involves the time and amplitude momentum determination for the most active side lobes of the initial auto correlation function. Based on the result, a temporary auto correlation function is generated to be multiplied by the initial auto correlation function. Then, the frequency spectrum of the obtained signal is calculated to be divided by a squared absolute value of the initial signal frequency spectrum. Using the obtained frequency characteristics, a corrective filter is synthesised to be connected in series to the initial matched filter. If the amplitude values of the auto correlation function side lobes exceed the preset level when passing through the mentioned connection, then the iteration process is repeated as described above, and a new corrective filter is synthesised. In this case, the output signal obtained during the previous iteration is used as the auto correlation function to be weighted.EFFECT: higher noise-to signal ratio for the main peak of auto correlation functions on the background of random noise while providing for the required suppression of the side lobes for the noise-like signal auto correlation functions.4 dwg |
