PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gravure coating device capable of forcibly bending a doctor blade for adjusting a doctor contact angle and doctor contact pressure uniformly in a width direction, for preventing un-uniform distribution of the doctor blade contact angle and contact pressure in the width direction with respect to bending of a gravure roll.SOLUTION: A doctor blade 1 has to have a bending amount equal to that of the gravure roll, so that an upper patch 2a and a lower patch 2b sandwich the doctor blade 1 for forcibly bending it, and an upper holder 4a and a lower holder 4b sandwich the doctor blade, and the doctor blade is fixed by fastening bolts 5 installed with equal intervals. |
