PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and accurately predict damage related to a power distribution facility.SOLUTION: A damage prediction device 10 includes: a GPV data storage unit 133 for storing past GPV data; a facility information storage unit 131 for storing facility information including resistance to weather of a power distribution facility; a damage information storage unit 132 for storing information of past damage generated due to the weather; a regression analysis unit 112 for creating a relational expression representing a relationship between the GPV data, and the facility information and the damage information; a GPV data acquisition unit 111 for acquiring future GPV data; and a damage prediction unit 113 for applying the facility information and the GPV data relating to a mesh of a prediction target to the relational expression to acquire damage information.
