FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to machine building and can be used for milling by cutters with internal cooling channels. Body tool has a central bore. Body peripheral surface has at least one groove. The latter comprises set of several inserts seats and at least second set of insert seats axially shifted backward from said first set. Cooling mechanism comprises centring pin with at least two recesses axially spaced apart along the section of said centring pin. Displacing seal is fitted in one of said recesses. At fitting displacing seal in the first recess, said body first central bore communicates with cooling orifices connected with the first set of inserts. At fitting displacing seal in the second recess, said body first central bore communicates with cooling orifices connected with the second set of inserts.EFFECT: efficient tool cooling.12 cl, 7 dwg |
