PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cup-shaped differential thickness bracket which can further reduce thickness and weight in addition to securement of strength and rigidity equivalent to existing strength and durability, and which can be easily manufactured by virtue of excellent moldability and the like.SOLUTION: A bracket 10 is press-molded in a cup shape from a plate-like differential thickness blank made of an aluminum alloy extruded shape. The differential thickness bracket includes the thickest cup bottom 11, a cylindrical vertical wall 12, an opening 17, and flanges 13 and 14. The differential thickness bracket is joined to each of other components via the cup bottom 11 and the flanges 13 and 14. |
