PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the inductance, the Q factor and the SRF of a laminated inductor with the same core area.SOLUTION: A laminated inductor includes a plurality of conductive patterns 121, 122, 123, 124, 125, 126, and a plurality of via electrodes 140 connecting the conductive patterns disposed in a vertical direction to form a coil. Each of the conductive patterns comprises a plurality of unit patterns 121a, 122a, 123a, 124a, 125a, 126a, 121b, 122b, 123b, 124b, 125b, 126b spaced and formed in parallel on a corresponding ceramic layer 111, 112, 113 including magnetic material, dielectric material, or the like. |
