PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric brake device with a parking function, which can prevent a risk that a parking brake is unintentionally released when a brake pedal is operated in a state of completion of parking brake operation.SOLUTION: An electric brake device with a parking function comprises: service brake control means for operating an electric motor 1 when a brake pedal 81 is operated; parking brake control means for operating the electric motor 1 when the operation of a parking brake is demanded and, in this state, moving a lock pin 65 from an unlock position to a parking lock position; and motor operation prohibition means for prohibiting the operation of the electric motor 1 in the service brake control means even if the brake pedal 81 is operated, when a vehicle is determined to stop and parking brake operation is determined to be in a completed state. |
