<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology that can suppress a change in the oscillation frequency in a piezoelectric device having an IC chip mounted in a flip-chip configuration when the device is left in the atmosphere.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric device 10 includes a crystal oscillation element 40, an element mounting member 20 having a recessed space 12, an IC chip 50 having an oscillation circuit of the crystal oscillation element 40 and mounted on the bottom surface 22 of the recessed space 12 in a flip-chip configuration, an underfill resin 60 filling the gap between the bottom surface 21 and the IC chip 50, and a moistureproof film 70 covering the surface of the underfill resin 60.</p> |
