<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy of a positional relation between a heater and a reflector in a fixing device.SOLUTION: A fixing device is provided, which includes: a rotatable fixing member; a pressurizing rotating body that comes into contact with an outer circumferential surface of the fixing member; a nip forming member that is arranged on an inner circumferential side of the fixing member and opposes to the pressurizing rotating body via the fixing member to form a fixing nip; a heat source that is arranged on the inner circumferential side of the fixing member and heats the fixing member; a support member that supports the nip forming member against pressure applied by the pressurizing rotating body to the nip forming member; and a reflecting member that is held by the support member and reflects radiation heat of the heat source. A holding member for the heat source is disposed on the support member that holds the reflecting member.</p> |
