<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device capable of providing a good image.SOLUTION: An imaging device comprises: a pixel circuit region in which pixel circuits are arranged in a matrix; and a peripheral circuit region which is positioned at a periphery of the pixel circuit region and in which a peripheral circuit is arranged, and the device also comprises an intermediate region positioned between the pixel circuit region and the peripheral circuit region, and forming a boundary between the pixel circuit region and the peripheral circuit region. A plurality of light guide part are arranged on the pixel circuit region, and a plurality of dummy light guide parts and a plurality of contacts for supplying a reference potential to each pixel circuits are arranged on the intermediate region.</p> |
