<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compression sleeve capable of sufficiently holding wires without damaging an insulation cover due to compression.SOLUTION: A compression sleeve 1 includes a cylindrical sleeve body 10 in which wires EW can be inserted from both ends in an axial direction to the inside and an insulation cover 20 for covering an outer periphery of the sleeve body 10. The insulation cover 20 includes: a plurality of annular projections 21 formed with a predetermined interval; a plurality of annular recesses 23 linked to the projections 21 between the adjacent projections 21; and a plurality of compressed portions 22 formed so as to be protruded from the recesses 23 outside in a radial-direction between the recesses 23 and capable of holding the wires EW inserted into the sleeve body 10 by being compressed.</p>
