PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an administration of a suspension to continuously delivery active agent into the eyeball by being inserted into the lens capsule or ciliary sulcus of the eyeball in a cataract surgery or the treatment of uveitis, or to provide a device formed into a disk or pellet form, and to provide a system and a method.SOLUTION: The invention provides a biodegradative active agent matrix, for example, a suspension of an intraocular active agent containing an active agent (e.g., dexamethasone) dispersed into a polymer such as poly (lactic acid-co-glycolide), or a delivery device formed into a disk or a pellet form.
