<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chip aligner capable of aligning the chip in a state leaving a distance in spite of a very simple construction.SOLUTION: A scroll guide 20 has the structure connecting coincidently each end of a first semicircular member 21, a second semicircular member 22, the diameter of which is larger than that of the first semi-circular member 21, and a third semicircular member 23, in which the diameter is larger than that of the second semicircular member 22 and a recess 24 is formed. In the scroll guide 20 consisting of the first, second and third semicircular members 21, 22, and 23, the guide surface of chips C is formed, in which the distance from the rotational center of a turntable 15 is increased with increasing of the rotational angle position in a clockwise direction from the supply position of the chips C below the supply hole 27 drilled into a cover plate 16. Due to the action of the guide surface of the chips C, chips C are aligned at a predetermined interval.</p> |
