The present invention relates to a rotary discharging-type cosmetic container. A content suctioning member for suctioning discharged contents is provided in an upper portion of a rotating body. A needed quantity of contents suctioned in the content suctioning member is applied and used on a cosmetic coating means such as a puff and the like, thereby preventing contents from being unnecessarily consumed. |
