The present invention relates to a bicycle saddle for absorbing shock, which can reduce pressure applying to the perineal region, anus, and urethra of a driver by forming the front part of a saddle cushion not to protrude narrowly in a fixed length, that is, including a no-nose saddle, can improve ride comfort, and can reduce fatigue even in a long-time driving. The bicycle saddle can evenly distribute load without deformation of the hip joint of a driver by forming a saddle left and right cushion to protrude upward but forming it concavely so that the left and right protruding part for supporting the hip can be vertically in contact with the hip of the driver, can improve steering performance of a handlebar by increasing a contact area, and can remove sweat and smell generated in the groin by dividing the upper part thereof by a long groove. The bicycle saddle comprises: a saddle cushion which has a long groove at the upper center thereof, whose upper part is divided into a left and a right part, and which has an internal space; a plate-shaped supporting board which has a shock absorber inserted into between a cushion board and the supporting board, has a groove for fixating a bag strap in consideration of convenience of a pillar of the supporting board, and tilt forward in order to be fixated to the internal space of the saddle cushion; a supporting pillar which is placed in the lower part of the supporting board; and an l-shaped rail which is coupled to a hole on the supporting pillar. Therefore, the bicycle saddle can remove pressure applying to the perineal region of the driver by including a no-nose saddle in the saddle cushion, the cushion board, and the rail and including a space of a long groove at the upper center of the saddle cushion.
