<p>Disclosed is a composition containing fermented wheat bran and a milk thistle extract for relieving hangovers. According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, provided is a composition containing fermented wheat bran and a milk thistle extract for relieving hangovers. The composition for relieving hangover comprises 90-99 wt% of fermented wheat bran and 1-10 wt% of the milk thistle extract. According to the present invention, the composition has the excellent effect of relieving hangover such as heartburn or headache after drinking, activates intestinal digestion by removing depletion of fermented nutritional fibers in the body, and has the advantage of assisting in recovering liver diseases, ulcers of stomach and intestine, and gastritis.</p> |
