FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to biotechnology and represents a cell-penetrating peptide for enhancing the passage of a hydrophilic physiologically active substance through a layer of mucosal epitheliocytes, as well as a pharmaceutical composition containing the above peptide.
