The tool (10) has a fastening part for fastening a cutting tool (16) to a receiving recess (14) of a tool body (12). A tensioning screw (24) is provided with an external thread (28) corresponding to an internal thread of a locking bushing (26). Anti-turning parts are provided for preventing rotation of the locking bushing around a longitudinal axis during screwing and unscrewing using the screw. The parts are formed by a wedge surface (36) at the locking bushing and/or at the screw head, where the wedge surface is adapted to a part of a tool body bore (18) and/or a cutting tool bore (22).
