PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust emission control device capable of improving its purification rate by quickly increasing the temperature of a catalyst.SOLUTION: The exhaust emission control device includes a heat exchange member provided on the upstream side of the catalyst in an exhaust gas flow path, or a heat exchange member as a catalyst support provided in the exhaust gas flow path. Heating means is provided around the heat exchange member for heating the heat exchange member. The heat exchange member is a base material having a highly heat conductive metal layer. |
