PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement information management system, measurement device, information apparatus, measurement information management method, and measurement information management program for making it possible for an individual or company to use measured biological information.SOLUTION: A measurement information management system 1 includes a measurement device 2 and a portable information apparatus 3. The measurement device 2 comprises: a pulse rate determination unit 274 for determining whether or not a measured pulse rate corresponds to a predetermined pulse rate condition; a storage control unit 273 for storing measurement time information in storage means 25 when it is determined that the pulse rate corresponds to the predetermined pulse rate condition; and a transmission unit 276 for transmitting measurement time information and a pulse rate corresponding to the measurement time information to a portable information apparatus 3. The portable information apparatus 3 comprises: a storage control unit for storing the measurement time information transmitted from the measurement device 2 and position information on the portable information apparatus 3 corresponding to the measurement time information, in the storage means; and a display control unit for displaying information on at least one of the measurement time information and position information stored in the storage means, on display means.
