PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle control device capable of preventing noise generation and breakage of a first rotor-fixing device during torque change generated between a coil of a first rotor and a magnet of a second rotor, in a hybrid vehicle comprising the first rotor-fixing device for limiting rotation of the first rotor between: a double rotor type motor having the first rotor and the second rotor; and an engine.SOLUTION: When torque is generated between an inner rotor 21 and an outer rotor 22, a torque generated at time 0 is increased with a first change rate (tan&thetas;). When rotation of the inner rotor 21 is detected at time t, the torque is reduced. After rotation of the inner rotor 21 is stopped at time t, the torque is increased with a second change rate (tan&thetas;) [&thetas;<&thetas;<&pgr;/2] which is larger than the first change rate. |
