<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generator utilizing water flow energy in which a stable power generation can be carried out under an automatic accommodation against a variation of a flow direction of tide and water stream, its structural mechanism is simple and endurable, disturbance of water flow is less and fluid energy can be efficiently converted into electrical energy.SOLUTION: An annular fixing guide frame is fixed to an outside part of mounting block having an ellipse outer shape fixed to a sea bottom surface, a rotor is rotatably attached along the fixing guide frame, several sets of fixing frames are radially fitted from the outer circumference of the rotor, a flat plate-like pressure receiving light plate having slightly smaller specific gravity than that of sea water is rotatably pivoted at an upper side position of the fixing frame so as to generate buoyancy and there is provided a stopper mechanism for braking a rotation in a range of angle of lowering angleθof the pressure receiving plate from 4° slightly below a horizontal line to 90° of a substantial vertical state, and rotation of the rotor is increased in its speed to rotate the power generator.</p> |
