<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control structure for a building that can impart superior vibration control performance to a building without making worse a view from inside the building and the external appearance of the building, and to provide a building with the same.SOLUTION: A vibration control structure for a building includes: a plurality of displacement transmission units 7 which include a fixation part 5 extended in a lateral direction S1 to overlap with a main body beam 3 of a building T in a front view of the building T and fixed to the main body beam 3 of the building T and/or a main body column 2 extended in a vertical direction S2 of the building T, and a plurality of displacement transmission parts 6 having one-end parts connected to the fixation part 5 and extended in the vertical direction S2 to overlap with the main body column 2 of the building in the front view of the building T, and are arranged outside an outer peripheral part of the building T; and vibration control devices 8, 9 which are arranged outside the outer peripheral part of the building T by connecting both ends to the other end part sides which are free ends of mutual displacement transmission parts 6 of a pair of vertically juxtaposed displacement transmission units 7.</p> |
