<p>The present invention provides a filter element for filtering ballast water having high filtering efficiency and excellent assembling properties. The filter element of the present invention comprises: a filter plate (30) molded in a plate-type ring shape and having a plurality of protrusions (36) and a plurality of lamination supporting holes (32) molded in one side of the top surface or bottom surface thereof; a plurality of supporting bars (40) inserted into the lamination supporting holes and capable of supporting a plurality of filter plates; an upper supporting part (20) and a lower supporting part (10) installed in both ends of the laminated filter plates and having a plurality of supporting holes into which the supporting bars are inserted; and a bolt (B) coupled with both ends of the supporting bars protruding to the outside of the supporting holes of the upper supporting part and lower supporting part. In the lower supporting part (10), a spatial part (15) connected with a spatial part (35) of the filter element is produced, and intervals for filtering ballast water are produced between the filter plates by means of the protrusions. On the inner surface of each of the filter plates, a slope surface (38) is produced in a direction in which intervals between the filter plates become larger towards the inside, thereby easily discharging foreign materials.</p> |
