PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-vehicle lighting device for emitting dome light.SOLUTION: An in-vehicle lighting device 100 has an input circuit 120 for inputting commands comprising a characteristic of dome light, a control circuit 150 for receiving the commands and outputting an equivalent panel signal carrying information of the characteristic, and a display monitor 110 for receiving the equivalent panel signal and emitting the dome light on the basis of the equivalent panel signal.
