PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin lighting device with a reduced width.SOLUTION: A lighting device 1 includes: an LED module 10 (a light source); a power supply unit 20 which supplies electric power to the LED module 10 and causes the LED module 10 (the light source) to light; and a body 40 including a light source arrangement part 41, in which the LED module 10 (the light source) is disposed, and a reflection surface 43a. The power source unit 20 is disposed on a surface of the body 40 which is opposite to the reflection surface 43a.
