PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion element evaluation device which can evaluate and determine the characteristics of a photoelectric conversion element, produced by roll to roll, precisely without damaging the photoelectric conversion element, by performing noncontact measurement in the production line stage.SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion element evaluation device performing noncontact evaluation of a photoelectric conversion element is constituted of a probe light source for irradiating a measured photoelectric conversion element with probe light, a pump light source for irradiating the photoelectric conversion element, irradiated with probe light, with pulsed pump light, and a light-receiving element for detecting a change in the amount of the probe light with which the photoelectric conversion element is irradiated. |
