PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring chute device which measures a conveying flow rate of powders, grains and chopped solids of metals, drugs and foods, with super-high precision and outputs the rate as numerical value information.SOLUTION: A measuring chute device 1 measures a flow rate of a raw material 2 supplied from an upstream to a downstream by a predetermined amount so as to display the flow rate in a flow rate display part 11, further performs a flow control by a control part 10, and includes a chute part 3 inclined downward for receiving the raw material 2 conveyed from an upper stream and making the raw material 2 slide down to a downstream side and measuring means 4 for measuring a weight of the chute part 3. The chute part 3 uses a semi-circular tub shape whose upper surface in a vertical direction is opened, and provides a long chute type and a short chute type depending on a length of the chute part, and the measuring means 4 measures using a load cell 4a. When the raw material which moves downward drops to the chute part of the measuring chute device, an impact load received by the chute part and a load applied to the chute part itself are calculated by a load cell. |
