<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a core member of a rotating electric machine, which is suitable to prevent resin from sneaking to the inner diameter side, and a manufacturing method and manufacturing device thereof.SOLUTION: A cylindrical core member 10 which has a plurality of teeth 12 arranged on a circular inner or outer peripheral surface thereof and has, between the teeth 12, slot spaces 13 in which coil wire rods 14A are disposed is taken as a mold object. The manufacturing device of the core member 10 of a rotating electric machine injects resin 52 into a pair of molds 30 and 40 in which a cavity C for housing the core member 10, to mold the core member 10 with the resin 52. After or while the coil wire rods 14A are urged to the inner radial side of the core member 10 in the slot spaces 13, the cavity C is filled with the resin 52.</p> |
