PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device capable of effectively reducing color bleeding in a color image.SOLUTION: The image processing device comprises: detecting means that detects a first region where a signal level of a color plane corresponding to at least one color filter of an image obtained from imaging elements comprising a plurality of color filters or a signal level of a luminance plane to be generated from the image increases monotonously or decreases monotonously in a first direction in a prescribed section; determining means that determines, based on optical information relating to color bleeding of a photographing optical system and information relating to the first region, a second region where color bleeding occurs; and modifying means that modifies the image so that the color bleeding is reduced.
