<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide risk determining system for skin based on skin relating gene by comprehensively and efficiently detecting a skin relating gene in a subject.SOLUTION: A risk determining system for skin based on skin relating gene comprises total determination means, in which, using DNA sample obtained from a specific subject as a determination target person, at least MMP1 gene, GPX1 gene, MnSOD (SOD2) gene are detected as skin relating genes for the subject; data for multi-factors in respective genes is specified; the specified data is compared with the corresponding comparison object data; and skin risks are determined for the following 4 types by the factors. Type I: having standard skin retention that retains tension and elasticity of skin and standard enzyme activity in body. Type II: having weak skin retention that retains tension and elasticity of skin. Type III: having weak enzyme activity in body. Type IV: having weak skin retention that retains tension and elasticity of skin and weak enzyme activity in body.</p> |
