PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection valve which can promote the expansion of a spray injected from an injection hole.SOLUTION: A fuel injection valve 10 comprises: a valve seat part 150 in which a fuel passage 17 is formed of a valve seat face 151 having a tapered face shape which contracts in diameter toward a fuel downstream side; a suck part 152 in which a suck chamber 154 communicating with an injection hole 155 is formed by a recess 153 opened toward a fuel upstream side; and a valve member 40 which is separated from and seated on the valve seat face 151. An outlet-side injection hole part 157 in which a cross section face of a flow passage is formed into a rectangular shape, and an inlet-side injection hole part 156 are formed at the injection hole 155. The outlet-side injection hole part 157 is enlarged in an inner dimension w1 in a longitudinal direction LD1 toward an outlet-side opening 157a. The inlet-side injection hole part 156 extends from an inlet-side opening 156a, and abuts on the outlet-side injection hole part 157. A longitudinal direction LD2 of the inlet-side injection hole part 156 progresses along the longitudinal direction LD1 of the outlet-side injection hole part 157. |
