PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-luminous device having high visibility and excellent attention ability and safety.SOLUTION: A self-luminous device includes: a plate-like support; a solar battery panel converting solar energy into electric power; a secondary battery accumulating electric power generated in the solar battery panel; a plurality of organic EL luminous bodies emitting light by supplying electric power from the secondary battery; and a control unit controlling light emitting of the organic EL luminous bodies. The solar battery panel and organic EL luminous bodies are arranged on one surface of the support. |
