PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately manage a deadline for a plurality of regions with respect to intellectual property.SOLUTION: A plurality of information units corresponding to a plurality of regions respectively is prepared. Each of the information units includes a deadline calculation rule based on one or more event types in which at least one of year and date is a reference of a deadline. A system identifies a region associated with an object right (intellectual property of a management object) and an event day each represented by a date, and calculates a deadline for the object right on the basis of the deadline calculation rule in an object information unit (information unit corresponding to the region identified) and at least one event day identified.
