<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tying device and a tying method capable of improving reliability of a portion where a new inflation film is tied to an inflation film supplied to a continuous production machine of a film packaging bag.SOLUTION: A tying device includes a group of mechanisms for tying a first film 1A and a second film 1B in a conveyance path for sending the first film 1A or the second film 1B vertically upward from a film supply part 2. Specifically, a first film fixing mechanism 4, a vertical cut mechanism 5, a deposition mechanism 6, a horizontal cut mechanism 7, a film opening mechanism 8, and a second film fixing mechanism 9 are installed in a film feeding direction in this order from the film supply part 2.</p> |
