The hardness Hm of the intermediate layer is larger than the hardness Hinc of the inner layer cover, and the hardness Hinc is larger than the hardness Houc of the outer layer cover. The difference (Hm-Houc) is larger than 25. The volume Vm of the intermediate layer is larger than the volume Vinc of the inner layer cover, and the volume Vinc is larger than the volume Vouc of the outer layer cover. The ratio of the sum (Vm+Vinc+Vouc) to the volume V of the entire golf ball [(Vm+Vinc+Vouc)/V] is smaller than 0.30. The ratio (Vm/Vouc) is larger than 1.50.
