PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display information appropriate for traveling while suppressing energy consumption.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle display device includes: a vehicle-speed acquisition unit that acquires speed information indicating a vehicle speed; an output acquisition unit that acquires output information indicating an output from a drive unit driving a vehicle; an output-ratio derivation unit that derives an output ratio indicating a ratio of the output to a rated output of the vehicle at a current vehicle speed; a consumption derivation unit that consumption information indicating a degree of energy consumption for the vehicle to travel in accordance with the speed information and output ratio; and a display unit that displays the degree of energy consumption based on the consumption information. The consumption derivation unit derives the consumption information indicating that the energy consumption is lower at a higher vehicle speed than that at a lower vehicle speed at the same output ratio if the vehicle speed falls within a predetermined speed range and the output ratio falls within a first output range. |
