PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food product capable of maintaining original texture and flavor of food material even when thawing and cooking-processing the frozen food material, and capable of maintaining the texture and flavor immediately after the cooking even when freezing and thawing the cooking-processed material.SOLUTION: A production method of a food product comprises steps of: mixing and immersing a frozen food material with an immersing liquid composed of soy sauce, sugar and water; cooking and processing the immersed frozen food material; and preserving the cooked and processed food material by freezing or refrigerating. The frozen food material is frozen meat or frozen fish. A weight ratio of the soy sauce, sugar and water is 7:3:20 to 4:1:40, a weight ratio of the immersing liquid to the frozen material is 1:1 to 1:5, and an immersing temperature is 1 to 10°C. |
