PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a hybrid vehicle capable of conducting proper power train control, by accurately predicting a running state of one's own vehicle in an expected running section.SOLUTION: The control device of a hybrid vehicle is mounted on an FR hybrid vehicle S having an engine Eng and a motor generator MG and comprises: a storage part 11 preserving vehicle speed data of one's own vehicle in respective running sections when running on a predetermined running route divided into a plurality of running sections (n) to n+α; a probability distribution calculation part 12 for obtaining the relationship of second running data in the next section n+1 existing ahead of a present running section (n) with respect to first running data in the present running section (n) by the probability distribution using the vehicle speed data preserved in the storage part 11; a prediction part 13 for calculating predicted running data in an expected running section n+α in which the one's own vehicle runs in the future by using the probability distribution when runs on the predetermined running route; and a control part 14 for conducting the power train control of the one's own vehicle based on the predicted running data.
