PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking management device capable of reducing user's uneasiness over a parking lot.SOLUTION: A parking management device is connected to a provider personal terminal 20 to be operated by the provider of a parking lot via a communication network and a user personal terminal 10 to be operated by the use applicant of the parking lot. Also, the parking management device includes: a parking lot database 60 for registering the lending condition data of the parking lot including parking difficulty to be transmitted by the provider personal terminal 20; and a control part for, when a search request signal specifying the search conditions of the parking lot is applied from the user personal terminal 10, searching the parking lot under the lending conditions matching the search conditions from the parking lot database 60, and for outputting the searched lending condition data to the user personal terminal 10. |
