<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-family house that can totally enhance the indoor/outdoor harmony of the house and also can improve comfortableness in a common-use space.SOLUTION: A housing body 1a comprises: a passage which penetrates the first floor of the housing body 1a horizontally and has both end parts made open to the outside; a first living part which is used by a first household; a second living part which is used by a second household; and a common-use part which is arranged on the second floor of the housing body 1a and straddles the passage to be used in common by the first household and second household. The common-use part includes a dining kitchen zone 50 and a living zone 51 adjoining the dining kitchen zone 50, and a first gathering space 51a where the residents mutually gather is formed in the living zone 51 while made in a step lower in floor level than the circumferential floor by providing a step 51b, which functions as the border between the dining kitchen zone 50 and living zone 51.</p> |
