The present invention relates to a cosmetic brush and a method for producing the same. To this end, the cosmetic brush for applying cosmetics of the present invention comprises: a rod; a hair inserting part produced in the end of the rod; a raw yarn hair bunch inserted in the hair inserting part to have the bent center; and a fixing piece inserted in the bent center of the raw yarn hair bunch and having both side ends hung on and coupled with the inside of the hair inserting part. A hair raw yarn provided in a hair raw yarn supplying step is cut in a cutting step to be seated in a guide. The rod having the hair inserting part is fixed to contact the guide through a rod providing and fixing step. The fixing piece is provided from a fixing piece providing step. The fixing piece is inserted in a bent state by a pushing piece while the raw yarn hair bunch is inserted in the hair inserting part, in a fixing piece inserting step. The end of the raw yarn hair bunch exposed to the outside of the hair inserting part is cut and trimmed through a raw yarn hair trimming step. Accordingly, in the present invention, the central part of the raw yarn hair bunch is inserted in the hair inserting part produced in the end of the rod while being bent by means of the fixing piece, so that cosmetics are evenly coated on a wide area, thereby having good spread properties and improving productivity. |
