Large rotary blades (21) consist of a sweeping part (21-1) and a shoving part (21-2) installed at two angles, wherein the sweeping part sweeps roasting ingredients toward the center and the shoving part shoves roasting ingredients out of the center. A small rotary blade (22) consists of a shoving part (22-1) installed at one angle, which shoves roasting ingredients out of the center. The length of the small rotary blade is so short to mix roasting ingredients. A blocking bar (23) forces the roasting ingredients moving together with the large rotary blades into staying put when the large rotary blades (21) pass by through blocking the flow of the roasting ingredients, while the large rotary blades (21) and the small rotary blade (22) sweep, shove or mix up the roasting ingredients in rotating, and then allows the small rotary blade (23) to come and mix up the staying ingredients. Rotary power generated by a decelerating motor (60) is transferred to the large rotary blades and the small rotary blade placed in the container (20) through a motor axis, allowing the roasting ingredients to be mixed up, swept and rotated. Therefore, the ingredients can be evenly roasted. A heater is fixed to a layer heat insulation board and closely contacted to the container. The heater keeps the container at the constant temperature while a control unit turns power on or off through a temperature sensor.
