摘要 FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to devices delivering therapeutic agents through the user's skin by means of a set of tiny needles inserted into the device. The transdermal delivery device comprises a bearing piece, a set of microneedles and a path. The bearing piece comprises the first surface and the second surface. The set of microneedles projects from the second surface of the bearing piece. At least one microneedle comprises a base, a tip and an outer surface. The path comprises a hole extending between the first surface of the bearing piece and the second surface of the bearing piece, and a port on the outer surface of at least one microneedle. The port at the base is aligned with at least a section of the hole to form a connection through which substances can flow. The connection is formed in a cavity of the second surface at the base of the mictoneedle. At least one microneedle has a cylindrical section on which a tipped conical section is formed. According to the second embodiment, the device comprises a compound formed in a plane of the second surface at the base of the microneedle by crossing at least one hole and at least one port; the compound has a sectional area, which exceeds or is equal to about 100 mcm.EFFECT: invention provides reliable control of an amount of the delivered or digestible substance with a lesser failure and/or corking probability.14 cl, 8 dwg
