PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gear mechanism capable of preventing occurrence of backlash with a simple structure, improving mechanical strength, and being easily manufactured at low costs.SOLUTION: A gear mechanism is composed of: a driving gear 2 driven by a driving shaft 1; and a driven gear 4 disposed on a driven shaft 3 parallel to the driving shaft 1 and engaged with the driving gear 2. Here, each of the driving gear 2 and the driven gear 4 consists of a helical gear, and the driven gear 4 includes: a fixed driven gear 5 fixed to the driven shaft 3 and engaged with the driving gear 2; and a movable driven gear 6 disposed on the driven shaft 3 movably only in the axial direction, and engaged with the driving gear 2. Energizing means 11 is further disposed to energize the movable driven gear 6 to the fixed driven gear 5 side. |
