PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device which enables easy maintenance work of the lighting device in which a body case is fixed to an attachment position (an attachment hole).SOLUTION: A lighting device 1 includes: a body case 10 fixed to an attachment position (an attachment hole H); and a light source unit 30 including an LED module 12 (a light source), reflector plates 33, and a support member 31.
