PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit a 8K or 4K video signal by a device for Ethernet of 100 Gbps.SOLUTION: A signal processing part includes: a mapping part for mapping a 8K or 4K video signal into the SDI(Serial Digital Interface) data stream of a plurality of channels as a data stream specified by the format of a predetermined SDI; and a multiplex part for performing 8B/10B conversion or scramble to the SDI data stream of the plurality of channels by a predetermined bit unit, and for multiplexing the SDI data stream of the plurality of channels subjected to 8B/10B conversion or scramble to generate the serial data stream of a plurality of lanes whose bit rates are ranging from 25 Gbps to 28.3 Gbps. For example, this invention may be applied to a broadcasting camera. |
