At the expansion position, the chip LED 23 irradiates near-infrared excitation light, and the infrared imaging device 17 detects ICG fluorescence. A surgery support system 101 includes a forceps trocar 1, a laparoscope trocar 3, forceps 4, a laparoscope 5 having a marker, an image processing device 6, a monitor 7, and an optical sensor 9. A visible light image and an ICG fluorescent image are combined and displayed in the monitor 7.
